How will I know that I have won?

Once you have won an auction go to my auctions and click the 'Claim Now' button on the auction you have won. Simply call our contact centre and we will process your purchase.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards.

How do I cancel a bid?

Bids cannot be cancelled.

Will I run out of bids?

You will have unlimited bids per auction, however some auctions may limit the number bids you can place daily. We will advice if this is the case on the individual auction. In this instance if you run out of bids for an auction you must wait until the beginning of the following day and you will receive your new daily bids.

How do I change my display name?

You cannot change your display name.

I can't login. What should I do?

Make sure you have verified your account. If you have, click here and enter your email address. We will send you an email detailing how to reset your password.

If you haven't, please check your junk/spam for your verification email. If you haven't received it please contact us via email or facebook and we'll help get you verified.

Can I bid a custom amount?

We are now adding an auto bid feature to certain auctions. When ready simply enter the amount you are willing to pay for the auction and we will bid in increments on your behalf to keep you in the lead without going over your limit. We will let you know if someone outbids you so that you can re-bid or adjust your maximum bid. If you are outbid straight away, that means someone else is also using the max bid feature and their max bid was higher than yours. You will need to either increase your maximum limit or bid manually. Remember to only bid what you are willing to pay.
